Refund Policy

Courses

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses, provided less than 20% of the course content has been viewed. To request a refund, email info@clickoptimizers.in from your registered email address with your order number within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once a course is refunded, access to that course is revoked.

Services

For marketing and development services, refund terms are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal. As a general policy, work already delivered or campaign spend already committed on your behalf is non-refundable; unused retainer balance for a cancelled engagement is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
